Het creëert automatisch een nieuwe deal, persoon, activiteit en/of notitie. Het kan ook bestaande deals en personen updaten. Kies in welke fase en pipeline een deal eindigt en geef ook de deadline van een activiteit rechtstreeks vanuit uw Gravity Forms-formulier. De rest van de informatie is het Engels.

For a detailed description and explanation, please visit our special website for this product. With our plugin you can push all Gravity Forms submissions to Pipedrive. It automatically creates a new deal, person, activity and/or note. It can also update existing deals and persons. Choose in which stage and Pipeline a deal ends and also give the deadline of an activity directly from your Gravity Forms form.

Overview of features in the plugin:
Create or update deal
-Create a new deal in Pipedrive
-Update a existing deal in Pipedrive
-Connect the fields in Gravity Forms to Pipedrive. All types of deal fields in Pipedrive are supported
-Add label(s) to a deal. (append or overwrite) (The labels must already exist in Pipedrive. If you want to add more than 1 label, use a comma separator.)

Deal Pipeline options
-Start your deal in a pipeline or stage of your choice
-Option not to go back a step in the pipeline
-Option to create a new deal if the current deal is in the last fase

Deal Options
-Add a deal titel of your choice, mergetags are supported
-Option to not edit a deal title
-Add the source channel to Pipedrive

Create or update a person
-Create new person
-Update a Person
-Always create new person instead of updating
-Connect the fields in Gravity Forms to Pipedrive. All types of person fields in Pipedrive are supported
-Option to not create a person
-Option to overwrite or keep the person’s name
-Directly attach label(s) to the person. Append or overwrite labels. (The labels must already exist in Pipedrive. If you want to add more than 1 label, use a comma separator.)

Create a activity
-Specify activity deadline date from now on in days
-Set activity to done immediately
-Do not set activity to done
-Adjust activity subject
-Specify activity type (also custom types)
-Link activity to pipedrive-user, person, deal and organization
-Include merge tags in subject

Connect a email
Easily forward all your emails that you have configured in Gravity Forms. There is a checkbox under each email, once you check this box this email will be linked to the deal in Pipedrive
